playing with Quixote, Revolution Cafe, January 2007 |
I picked up the saxophone at age 10, and I played in school band from that time on through high school: marching band, wind ensemble, jazz big band and combo playing. I took some time off from music after high school, and tried my hand at creative writing, but after fours years of that I returned to the pursuit of music. Since then, I've picked up the clarinet and flute in addition to saxophone, and played in some great groups.
I'm available for regular gigs, recording sessions, collaborations, and casuals.
